House of Henley products are produced on demand. Each item is made specifically for the customer at the time of order.


Return Window

Customers may request a return or resolution within 14 days of delivery.


Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

Eligible cases include:

  • Damaged products

  • Manufacturing errors

  • Incorrect item received

In these situations, a replacement or refund will be issued. Return of the damaged item is not required.


Incorrect Size or Color

Because all products are made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Incorrect color selected

  • Change of mind

Shipping

House of Henley currently ships within the United States and the United Kingdom.

If a package is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt or incorrect address, re-shipment may require an additional shipping fee.


Print Placement

Minor variations in print placement (within industry tolerances) are not considered defects.
